Not in itself a treatment, but high doses of vitamin C have some interestingly positive benefits to cancer patients both used alone and together with some chemotherapies.
Things to think about include 75% patients studied showed improved quality of life, Vit C shows cytotoxic effect on some cancer cells in animal studies and IV versus oral administration. Not a cure, but maybe a coexisting treatment?
Contraindications: history of Kidney stones related to oxaloacetate, G-6-PD deficiency or use of the chemotharapy agent bortezomib.
